If you are experiencing issues when connected into the USB you should determine whether a USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 is being used. NOTE: Our headsets are designed for USB 2.0 so connecting into USB 2.0 is the ideal situation.
The USB 3.0 may have a varying voltage output and thus create an issue. If you need to connect into USB 3.0 additional setting adjustments to the configuration of USB 3.0 may be needed and depending on what adjustments can be made to the USB 3.0 the headset may or may not be fully compatible. If no adjustments can be made on the USB 3.0 then a third party adapter may be required to overcome a bias voltage issue.
